This weekend, members of Team Samichinam Solutions and QA representatives from our esteemed customer gathered offsite to discuss enhancing Samwed benefits and future roadmap.
The meeting kicked off with a presentation on the exciting new features coming in the next #Samwed upgrade. We also discussed how #Samwed can offer more benefits and keep on adding value to daily operations.
It was heartwarming to get feedback that Samwed is of immense help, in all document as well as QMS workflows and especially during audits.Rather than spending stressful nights preparing for audits, they can show any data with just a click or two. The daunting task of gathering piles of files and reports from archives, searching for the right paper when the auditor wants it, and sending everything back to archives is now history.
They also mentioned that a whole army of people is no longer needed, and everyone can continue their daily routine even during regulatory audits, as only a couple of people can handle the entire #audit and present any data from one place.
It was rewarding to know that Samwed has been instrumental not just in enhancing their daily work experience but also in minimizing their efforts during any external audits. The auditors have also appreciated our #mobile and #kiosk solutions that enable users to follow the “First Time Right” approach.
Other than work, we also enjoyed various fun activities together. Time spent at the backwater of the dam, with some of us swimming and others watching, was filled with jokes and laughter. We had performances and dinner around the campfire. Team Samichinam put on a musical skit about QA’s interactions with other departments and auditors. Many performances from poets, singers, and comedians in the group followed. Other than fruitful discussions during the day, we got to know each other better.
