This two-day event, focused on the importance of goal-centric approaches in change control within the pharmaceutical industry, was held at one of our prestigious clients’ facility.
Mr. Mirajkar elaborated how traditional change control methods can be fraught with errors and inefficiencies. In contrast, a goal-centric approach streamlines the process, accelerates the achievement of objectives, and simplifies the experience for all users.
